Seeds of Java (1.18)
Amazing Mountain Island
This seed has so far been one of the prettiest we’ve encountered in 1.18. You start on an island surrounded by mountains, with the largest being hollowed down in numerous places and home to a Mountain Village. Did we forget to mention Mushroom Island which lies close by the spawn island?

- Ice Biome: East (Positive X)
This seed may be used as a Java or Bedrock seed. You spawn within 1000 blocks of five villages in the Java seed, and within 1000 blocks of six villages in the Bedrock seed! A Pillager Outpost looms above the hamlet, probably prepared for an assault. A large snowy biome with hundreds of Igloos and numerous additional Villages lies farther out in the opposite direction of the Villages!
Hat of the Temple
For the first (and possibly only) time in our Minecraft seeds collection, we have a Mansion seed that generates both a Jungle Mansion and Jungle Temple on top. Even Jungle Mansions are rare enough on their own, but having two of the game’s rarest structures stacked atop each other may be your chance at this once-in-a lifetime opportunity! Instead of breaking down the front entrance to claim your Mansion, why not raid the Jungle Temple above for any treasure you can find and use it to help claim this mega-rare complex!
Dover’s Cliffs
You spawn on enormous cliffs overlooking a long, meandering river on this seed. Furthermore, you are just a few streets away from a hamlet, which you may call home as you get used to the gorgeous surroundings.
- Key Locations
- Nether Portal: 40 8
- Village #1: 344 88
- Outpost #1: 40 520
- Village #2: 392 -216
- Outpost #2: 328 -488
Mountain Village
In the image above, three communities surround a mountain which is difficult to discern. But guess what? That’s where you spawned! This seed is ideal if you’re just getting started with 1.18 and want an edge while exploring this wonderful new planet generation. You can either use this as your starting point or rule over residents of your hamlet below by building an enormous castle atop the mountain.

Mountain of the Lush Jungle
On this map seed, you’ll have a hard time determining whether you’d choose to live on the surface or underneath. You spawn near a settlement and a Jungle Temple in a huge Jungle Biome. However, only a few hundred yards away lies the entrance to a sprawling Lush Cave with just as much plant life and beauty under the earth’s surface. Do you believe you have the option of living beneath or on the surface? Why aren’t there two of them?
- Key Locations
- Jungle Temple #1: -152 216
- Jungle Temple #2: 568 200
- Village #1: -392 156

The Lands of Goodwill
So far, this is our favorite Minecraft 1.18 seed. You spawn in the Badlands, yet the scale and beauty of the area are far from awful. Vast craters filled with water and a Coral Reef in a massive alcove that divides the Badlands from a large Savannah biome may be found in the Badlands.

- Village: -360 -360
- Abandoned Village: -872 -296
- Jungle Temple: 40 696
- Stronghold: -812 -844
- Nether Portal: 120 -280
The D&D Fantasy
The visual sample above may be difficult to see, but there is a lot going on. This seed will place you in the heart of a Dungeon Masters fantasy realm. You begin along a lengthy river that flows toward a port city on the coast. There are two objects near this city: an Outpost and a Nether Portal. A tiny mountain range is across the river, while a vast forest lies in the other way. This is a simple map to turn into an adventure.
- Key Locations
- Port City: 40 296
- Mountain Ranges: -430 200
- Outpost #1: 296 392
- Outpost #2: -872 376

Remember that all Bedrock seeds are compatible with all versions of Minecraft, with the exception of the PC version, which requires Java. Bedrock Edition is also used in Minecraft for Windows 10!
