There was no specific information on what will be displayed, but it seems safe to assume that a new video or gaming footage of some kind would be unveiled. We haven’t seen much of the game since its reveal video, so today should be the first time we get to see it in action.

Bandai Namco could announce the roster of playable characters for Tekken Eight alongside the game’s release. Although only Kazuya Mishima and Jin Kazama have been officially announced for Tekken Eight, many other characters from the series’ lengthy canon are expected to appear. As for whether Tekken will have a roster of combatants as robust as Tekken 7, it remains to be seen, but Bandai Namco will surely start revealing more on this front shortly.

Bandai Namco has stated that Tekken is expected to come in the company’s 2023 fiscal year, although no firm release date has been set as of yet. This puts the launch window somewhere between May 2023 and May 2024. The PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and PC will all support it once it is released.
