Troy Baker desires to voice Daredevil in a Marvel Video Game

Troy Baker: Many actors nowadays desire to portray a Marvel superhero. In TV, video games, and the MCU. In animation and video games, there are more options to portray individual characters than in the MCU.
Troy Baker is one of them. Baker has voiced characters in anime, TV shows, and video games. He recognized them for The Last of Us, Batman, and Naruto.

Troy Baker has featured in The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, Avengers Assemble, Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H., Guardians of the Galaxy, and Marvel Anime. He voiced Nova in UMvC3.

In a recent interview, the actor revealed one particular Marvel character Troy Baker wants to voice.

What did Troy Baker said in interview?

“I am a huge Daredevil fan. What Charlie Cox did for the show was amazing, and I had the opportunity to talk to him about it, and I told him what his performance of Daredevil meant. “I want to either A) play Matt Murdock in a game or B) direct the game.“

“The reason why we play games is because that character can do something that I can’t.” What does that game look like when I can do something that the character can’t? That is what really intrigues me about making that game, and it would be a big challenge for me as an actor, to be able to play someone who is not sighted. I’ve already played Batman, now I just need to play Daredevil. We’ll see.“

While there are presently no Daredevil video games in development, there are a sizable number of Marvel games that are. If there is sufficient interest, maybe Troy Baker will receive his desire in the future.
