Pureblood Knight Medal
An Pureblood Knight Medal can only be earned by vanquishing Godrick, the Grafted. Once you’ve defeated your foes, head towards Liurnia of the Lakes’ Rose Church to collect your award.
Outside the church you will meet White-faced Varre. When prompted by them, respond appropriately – until all possible avenues for further conversation have been exhausted, it is impossible to progress toward your goal of collecting 5x Festering Bloody Fingers.
Use those bloodied and decaying fingers for evil by invading other lives online mode. Remember Elden Ring has certain locations with level restrictions which prevent players level 100 from invading lower level areas; furthermore it’s not essential that invasions be won; don’t hesitate to invade three times and call it quits!
Once you have successfully invaded three times, return to White-faced Varre at Rose Church to receive Lord of Blood’s Favor.

Get the Imbued Stonesword from a chest at Four Belfries. You can go back to the beginning of the game by using this Imbued Stonesword on a portal. Dye the fabric by speaking with the damsel inside the room.
Getting a Bloody Finger and the Pureblood Knight Medal now only requires going back to White-faced Varre and using every available line of dialogue. A trip to the Mohgwyn Dynasty is possible with the use of this item. The location is now ideal for the most absurd Rune farming strategies. How to Get the Pureblood Knight Medal in Elden Ring?
- Once you have communicated extensively with White-Faced Varre, he can give you the Pureblood Knight medal.
- However, this cannot happen until you begin Varre’s quest chain and defeat Godrick the Grafted.
- Find him in Liurnia of the Lakes at Rose Church.
- He will be located directly in front of Rose Church’s entrance.
- As you speak with Varre, he may ask what your opinion of the Two Fingers is; select “they didn’t seem right” and he will agree with your assessment.
- Talk with him again until you’ve exhausted all the ways he can communicate with you and he gives you five Festering Bloody Fingers.
- Make use of Festering Bloody Fingers to invade at least three other worlds.

- Return to him and talk with him once more. He may ask for your finger as an act of sacrifice – this will earn you the Blood finger (multiplayer item).
- As you continue speaking to Varre, he will eventually give you a Pureblood Knight Medal as a prize. If it does not happen automatically, talk with him until it does so.
How do you know when to use the Pureblood Knight’s medal?
- The Pureblood Knight medal is used to get a meeting with the Mohgwyn Dynasty or to teleport there.
- Even though Varre says not to use it, this is a distraction.
- From the Inventory, you can use the medal.
- When you use it, you will go straight to the Mohgwyn Palace.
- You can look around and attack the White-faced Varre to get rid of him.
- If you kill Varre here, though, you can’t bring him back to life with the Church of Vows.
- You can also use the medal to get to Mohgwyn Dynasty and defeat Mohg, the Lord of Blood.

After entering Moghwyn Palace, the player can kill the White-Faced Varre. You can enter the White Mask Varre’s world and kill him by interacting with the summon sign inside the temple door that is close to the Dynasty Mausoleum Midpoint Site of Grace.
