How to play Horde Rush Fortnitemares 2024: Horde Rush is a limited-time mode (LTM) in Fortnite that was introduced during Chapter 1 Season 5. It returned during Fortnitemares as an event in Chapter 4 Season 4, pitting players together to eliminate waves of increasingly difficult Cube Monsters while traversing a custom map that provides diverse environments and challenges.

How to play Horde Rush Fortnitemares 2024
- Launch Fortnite and navigate to the Discover tab.
- Navigating down to the Horde Rush playlist and select it.
- Play solo, duos, trios or squads!
- Once in the game, you will be placed into a room with other players.
- Work together to defeat waves of increasingly challenging Cube Monsters!
- Each wave will become increasingly difficult, and you must use your weapons, traps and abilities wisely in order to survive.
- You will also need to collect score multipliers and upgrade weapons in order to stay ahead of the difficulty.
- If you manage to defeat all of the waves, you’ll win the game and gain rewards.
Horde Rush is a cooperative mode where four squadmates must join forces to defend against waves of increasingly difficult enemies. You will begin in a small room and must work together to complete objectives such as opening chests, defeating enemies and upgrading weapons – when this is complete you will unlock the next room in Horde Rush and advance further in its progression.

- Communicate with your teammates: In order to be successful, teamwork and coordination of efforts is key. Use voice chat or text chat to coordinate plans and strategies amongst teammates.
- Use the right weapons: Different weapons are more effective against different enemies; shotguns tend to perform well against close-range threats while sniper rifles offer better long-range defense.
- Upgrade Your Weapons: As you defeat enemies and collect coins, use them to upgrade your weapons – this will make them stronger and more effective!
- Use your abilities: Each character in Fortnite possesses special talents that can aid the team. For instance, Constructor can build walls and traps while Outlander can search for treasure and materials.
