What is flash fire Pokemon ? Scarlet and Violet
Pokemon of the Fire type tend to learn Flash Fire more readily than others, enabling them to increase damage done with moves of their kind by 50% when hit by attacks similar to what first caused Flash Fire to activate. Furthermore, any attacks made before Flash Fire activation had no impact whatsoever.
As long as a Pokemon remains fighting, their Flash Fire ability remains active – not disarmed by further Fire-type strikes aimed at it. When your opponent might attempt an offensive Fire attack, switching into one with Flash Fire capability would likely prove advantageous.

Directed Energy Weapon – Cerulean Power
It’s fairly uncommon for Fire-type Pokemon to have the ability Flash Fire. Ceruledge is immune to damage from attacks of the Fire type and gains 50% more power for its own Fire-type attacks when it is struck by one.
