Apex Legends: Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts have released Apex Legends, a free-to-play battle royale-hero shooting game. It was released in March 2019 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One; in March 2021 for Nintendo Switch; and in March 2022 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Apex Legends Mobile, a touchscreen-optimized mobile version of the game, will be available for Android and iOS in May 2022. The game is cross-platform compatible.
Players establish two-or three-player squads before the game and choose from pre-designed characters with unique skills known as “Legends.” There are two game modes in this game. Up to 20 three-person squads or 30 two-person duos land on an island in “Battle Royale,” searching for weapons and supplies before attempting to combat all other players.
The island’s accessible play area diminishes with time, forcing players to keep moving or risk becoming trapped outside the play area, which can be deadly. In “Arenas,” participants divide into three-player squads and compete in a 3v3 team deathmatch over a number of rounds to determine the match’s winner. Teams win when they have at least 3 points and are ahead by 2 points.

What’s new in Apex Legends Mobile?
Fade, a new mobile-exclusive Legend with unique skills like the other characters in the game, joins the game. Fade now has the passive ability Slipstream, which gives him a speed boost at the end of a slide, as well as the tactical ability Flashback, which allows him to teleport back in time. Fade’s ultimate ability is Phase Chamber, which lets him to toss an explosive core that disables everyone within a certain radius from dealing or receiving damage. Fade is available at Tier 25.
In Arena mode, there’s also a new Overflow map and new weaponry including the heatshield, 30-30 marksman rifle, and 4x-10x thermal imaging optic scope. Other features include team-fill (which automatically fills a new player in-game in team Deathmatch mode).
How to acquire Apex Legends Mobile and the system requirements?
On Android, players can find Apex Legends Mobile by going to the Google Play Store and searching for it. Apex Legends Mobile requires a phone with at least 2GB of RAM, 4GB of storage, and a Snapdragon 435/Hisilicon Kirin 650/Mediatek Helio P20/Exynos 7420-compatible chipset.
Apex Legends Mobile is also available on the App Store for iOS. The game will be available on iPhones with iOS 11 or later with the Apple A9 processor.
Apex Legends is a three-player online multiplayer battle royale game that uses pre-made characters with unique abilities called “Legends” that are similar to those seen in hero shooters. Since the game’s release, alternate modes have been added that allow for single- and two-player squads. The game is free to play and is supported by microtransactions and loot boxes, which let players purchase cosmetic items such as Legends clothing and new weapon colors using both real money and in-game currency.
With the start of the “Iron Crown” event in August 2019, the developers added a number of cosmetic items to the game. The majority of these goods could only be gotten by purchasing loot boxes, and the most desired item (a cosmetic axe for one of the player characters) could only be earned after obtaining 24 other purchasable items at an additional fee.
