XBOX Game Pass Ultimate subscribers have some new games to download right now, including one iconic match. These are the latest games that you can play on the Xbox Series X, Series S, or Xbox One console. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can access Xbox Live Games with Gold games. Some of the Xbox One games included with Games with Gold 2021 include NeuroVoider and Aground. July 1–31 for the former, July 16–15 for the latter.
The best out of the most recent Games with Gold free games is in backward-compatible titles. Xbox 360 title Space Invaders Infinity Gene is available from July 16 to July 31. Between July 1 until July 15, Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Live subscribers will get Radiant Silvergun.
This legendary vertical shooter was developed by Treasure, the masters of the genre that created iconic titles like Gunstar Heroes, Sin and Punishment, Ikaruga, Guardian Heroes, and the N64, the cult iconic Mischief Makers. Radiant Silvergun was first released in arcades before it was portable onto its Sega Saturn for a Japan-only release.
Its Saturn game Radiant Silvergun is one of the most sought-after items for fans of the old days. The physical version of the game sells for hundreds of pounds on auction. For anyone who does not want to shell out this much to purchase an original game, Radiant Silvergun was ported to the Xbox 360 back in 2011.
Thanks to Microsoft’s comprehensive backward compatibility support, it’s playable on Series X, Series S, and Xbox One. If you’re looking to play another old-fashioned Treasure game, you can install this Xbox 360 version of Guardian Heroes from the Xbox Store right now.
You’ll need to pay for this game, with this updated version of the Saturn classic being priced at PS3.39.
This is just a tiny fraction of the cost of purchasing an original copy of the Saturn game that could cost approximately PS100 at eBay.
