Genshin Impact Kuki Shinobu: who is she?
Kuki Shinobu is the Arataki gang’s deputy, and it’s her responsibility to keep Itto in line, covering for his pranks and settling for any damages he does, as well as picking him up from prison. Her parents intended her to be a Shrine Maiden like her elder sister Miyuki, so she studied law in Liyue.
What’s Kuki Shinobu’s weapon and build?
We haven’t tested Kuki Shinobu’s builds yet, but we know she’s a four-star electrical sword wielding whose talents imply she thrives in a sub-DPS/healer hybrid position.
Which Kuki Shinobu Genshin weapon is best?
We haven’t tested weaponry on Kuki Shinobu yet, as indicated. Considering her talents, the following are the greatest choices.
Freedom-sworn is best since her healing scales with elemental mastery and her talent still procks while she’s not on field. Iron Sting functions as an elemental mastery stat stick, but it won’t help her much.
Sacrificial Sword’s energy recharge means Kuki can use her burst more often, and the skill reset is always useful, particularly because her skill field delivers damage and should refresh her skill even if she’s not on the field.
|Weapon||Effect (level one)||How to get|
|Freedom Sworn||Bonus stat: increases elemental mastery by|
Skill: increases damage by 10%. When Kuki triggers elemental reactions, she gains a Sigil of Rebellion (once every 0.5 seconds). This triggers even if she isn’t on the field. When she reaches two sigils, she consumes both to grant all nearby party members +20% attack and +16% normal, charged, and plunging
attack damage for 12 seconds. Once triggered, she gains no sigils for 20 seconds.

|Sacrificial Sword||Bonus stat: increases energy recharge by|
Skill: after Kuki damages an opponent with her elemental skill, the skill has a 40% chance to end its own CD. This can occur once every
|Iron Sting||Bonus stat: increases elemental mastery by|
Skill: dealing elemental damage increases all of Kuki’s damage by 6% for six seconds. This
can occur once every second

What are Kuki Shinobu’s best artifacts?
Tenacity of the Millelith will function nicely with Kuki Shinobu’s kit since her heals will proc the buff even while she’s off-field.
If no one else on your team has Noblesse Oblige, give it to Kuki since its team-wide benefit doesn’t stack.
We recommend boosting her HP and elemental mastery. We’ll update as we learn more.
What are Kuki Shinobu’s abilities?
Kuki’s skills seem to deliver excellent DPS and electro while healing herself and her companions. Her talent requires surrendering health, and her blast lasts longer if her HP is below 50%. She benefits from not being healed to full HP, like Genshin Impact’s Hu Tao.
