The investigative team is aware of the issue, but has not yet determined a cause, according to the Roblox Status Twitter handle. The number of players on the site has dropped from over three million before the outage to less than a million this morning, one hour after it began. The outage has been classified as a service disruption by the worldwide online gaming platform, and many users around the world are having problems with Roblox’s services.
What is the problem with Roblox?
Down Detector says that people have been having trouble with Roblox since the early morning of October 29, 2021. On Down Detector at 4:52 AM this morning, there were 28,104 Roblox outage reports. 55 percent of the complaints were about website issues, 32 percent were about login issues, and 12 percent were about server connection issues. Even though the platform’s official channels of communication haven’t said what caused the outage yet, customers say that the company hasn’t updated their servers.
