Valve gives another alternative if you don't want to fix your Steam Deck.
Now you can send your handheld gaming PC to one of the company’s new repair centers to get it fixed.
If your device is in under warranty then it will fix free of cost
Steam deck devices comes under one year warranty
If your device is out of warranty then company will offer you repairing with decent cost.
If you don't want to pay the charge, you can return your Steam Deck.
Valve is open to you fixing your Steam Deck yourself;
As Valve's Steam Deck shipments increase,
If devices not working properly Then new repair centers provide another option.
