Realme continues to push the October security patch for more devices. Currently, the Realme XT is getting the security level update with version number RMX1921EX_11.A.11. It is based on Android 9.0 Pie. Also, it is receiving the dark mode. The OEM has been making the dark mode available for the Realme 5 Pro and the Realme 3 Pro along with the October patch.
The Realme XT is also getting a new Realme Laboratory. The charging animation has been updated. With the new update, notification dots has been enabled. Well, the notification dots is kind of an outdated feature because Android has made this available with Android 8.x Oreo. However, Realme XT update is providing this one quite late.

In the notification center, the RMX1921EX_11.A.11 update adds a fast switch toggle between SIMs. The hotspot enabled message has now been removed. Also, it removes the prompt for the detection of root access on the phone. After updating to the latest A.18 build, users can swipe down on the home screen for a global search or notification center.
The software update is making its way to the devices automatically. OTAs move-in phase, so users have to wait patiently for the update to show up on their respective machines.
