Jio Fiber broadband: First Day, First Show feature available in plans starting Rs 2,499 Reliance Jio, the telecom arm of Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries, on Thursday launched JioFiber across 1,600 cities in India. The optical fiber-based fixed-line broadband service will offer ultra-high-speed broadband (up to 1 Gbps), entertainment OTT apps, TV video calling and many other features.

JioFiber will now offer the ‘First Day, First Show’ feature in three plans starting at Rs 2,499, allowing premium customers to watch new releases from home. These packages include Diamond (Rs 2,499), Platinum (Rs 3,999) and Titanium (Rs 8,499) Jio Fiber broadband connections.

Mukesh Ambani had announced at RIL’s 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) that JioFiber subscribers would have exclusive access to ‘first day, first show’ movies with JioFiber broadband at home.
Chairman Jio had promised that “Jio First Day First Show” will launch in mid-2020 and be accessible to all JioFiber customers.
JioFiber users now have access to ‘First Day, First Show’ plans that could revolutionize the entertainment industry starting at Rs 2,499 and going up to Rs 8,499 monthly. These plans come in three, six and 12-month options that offer significantly more value according to a company statement.
At the launch of JioFiber Akash Ambani Director Reliance Jio Infocomm said Our customers are at the core of everything we do and every aspect of JioFiber has been designed with one purpose in mind: giving you an enjoyable experience.
